Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) at Project Management Office
- You will explore innovative technologies with external providers and local departments
- Furthermore, you will support in the maintenance of project tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA and Planview
- In addition, you will help with the preparation of meetings, presentations and minutes
- Even more: you will assist in the creation and maintenance of cost tracking in cooperation with the controlling department
- Your exciting tasks will also include project release management and preparing decisions on the production launch
- It's obvious that you will support us in administrative and organizational tasks
- Current studies in economics, business administration or informatics or similar in Master's degree
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and interest in IT topics
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Experience in Project Management Office is an advantage
- Very good English and German skills, written and spoken
